iOS 27 shipped the new Siri, but you have to put yourself in line for it first. Here is where the button hides and the two things that keep it from showing up at all.
Open Settings, then Siri
Everything for this lives on the Siri screen in Settings, not in the Camera app.
Tap the Siri AI button
There is a button at the top of that screen for Siri AI. Tapping it puts you in the queue.
Wait for Apple to notify you
Apple is letting people in a batch at a time, so the feature can be on your phone and still be unavailable to you.
