Why chess is on this site

I treat chess the same way I treat AI tools: it's fun, it's competitive, and there's always something new to figure out. I'm not a grandmaster — just someone who enjoys the game.

I've been taking chess pretty seriously for about three years now. I play roughly one to five games a day, almost always rapid or blitz. My openings are the London and Jobava London as White, and the Caro-Kann and Slav defense as Black — so if you want to prep, that's the homework.

My current goal is to hit 1500 rapid on Chess.com within the next year. If you want to follow along, send a friend request or open a challenge — just don't be surprised if I try to bore you with a stonewall pawn structure.
