OBS Studio already includes a countdown timer script. Connect it to a text source, set the duration, and give yourself a one-key reset.
Create the Text (GDI+) source that will display the changing countdown value.
Open Tools → Scripts and load the countdown script already included with OBS Studio.
Choose the duration and final message, then hide and show the source or assign a Reset Timer hotkey.
