- [ ] "What could go wrong?" before anything hard to undo
- [ ] "All done?" — don't treat "tests passing" as finished
- [ ] Is it published? Are database changes applied? Did you sign in and test it yourself?
- [ ] "Check the other session." — second review of the claims
